May 7, 2010
Assalam alaikum.

Khadija was murdered on April 13 in her apartment in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn but her body was found many days later in a Queens cemetry and was only identified by her fingerprints. The Daily News reported Iqbal told police he wrapped Mahel's body in a carpet and hid her under the bed after the slaying to keep their two sons, 6 and 7, from finding out. The next day, he said, he took the boys to school like nothing happened. Learn More
